One of the most dramatic changes was taking out
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the middle of
the old ballroom and see how the lowered ceiling
ruined the molding and original ceiling.

The antique chandeliers were a rare find by Light Power from
people renovating on Beacon Hill.  The plaster moldings were restored
by Boston Ornament and all new moldings, windows, and doors
milled by Dixon Brothers, installed by Bellwether Construction.
