This front hall structure we inherited
was created to separate the
first floor apartment from upstairs
apartments.  It had to go.

Little, by little, we decided to just gut
the first floor and start over with
new electric, plumbing, and heating.

New molding and doors were finally
milled and installed in February 2000.
