The upstairs was blocked by a wall to
the front room which had been converted
into a kitchen.  The wall and studs came out.

The front room was totally restored with antique light,
new windows, moldings, and floor--all faux-grained
by Nigel Grace and Chris Audley.  Most likely the
highest cost room per sq. ft. in residential Boston.
