SERVINGS:
12 medium pieces
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups unbleached white flour
1 T baking powder
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 t thyme

½ cup chilled, unsalted butter, cut into 1/8 inch slices

2 large eggs
½ cup buttermilk

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
 

DIRECTIONS:
    
Pre-heat oven to 350.

Stir together dry ingredients.

Using fingertips, cut butter into dry ingredients.

Mix the eggs and buttermilk with a fork.

Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface

Form dough and pat into a rectangle 6" x 8".

Cut into 2" square biscuits.

Bake until golden brown.
