3 cups unbleached white flour 1½ t baking powder 1½ t baking soda
1½ cups sugar 1½ cups softened unsalted butter 1½ cups sour cream 3 large eggs 2 t vanilla
¾ cup brown sugar 1½ t cinnamon ¾ cup chopped pecans
2 T vanilla 2 T water
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan. Stir together dry ingredients. Combine sugar, butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients in batches, mixing thoroughly. Spread 1/3 of batter in pan, followed by ½ of filling. Repeat above. Spread remaining 1/3 of batter on top. Pour vanilla and water mixture over the coffeecake. Bake until a tester placed in the center comes out clean.
